WARRANTY Warranty starts the day we ship out the order. Some products carry more than one year of warranty from the manufacturer. All NEW products are guaranteed a minimum of 1 year warranty by Micro Express. Defective products will be replaced with the same product only if the same product is still available. Otherwise Micro Express reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace with a similar product. Defective products returned for replacement or repair within the warranty period will be shipped back to customer via UPS Ground. Absolutely no refund or replacement on physically damaged products. RETURN POLICIES Customer must obtain an RMA# before returning any product by calling our RMA/Tech support department at 303-429-2400. We will not accept any items without an RMA number assigned by the authorized person. Shipping charges and payment fees are not refundable. Processor/CPU and memory items are not refundable; but may be exchanged if defective. Micro Express charges a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective ( purchased as NEW or used ) products, returned after the 30 day money back guarantee. Micro Express charges a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective (purchased as new items or used) products returned within 30 day. All merchandise you intend to return must be in original condition. It must include all original packaging and all original parts ( manuals, cables, adapters, CD's). Absolutely no refund on physically damaged products. Absolutely no refund on USED, closeouts or bargain corner items-replacement only.
